Los Angeles, CA - Aussie Tara Jayne consults Botched docs to get bigger breasts - but they are left 'worried' by her skinny body and health. Tara Jayne - who calls herself the Australian life-size Barbie doll - visits Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif at their office in Los Angeles after traveling from Melbourne to see them. Tara reveals her dad bought her first boob job and lip fillers for her 20th birthday - and she hasn't stopped injecting herself since. She admits to Dr Nassif she 'lost count' of the amount of lip filler she's had after he asked her if there was 10ccs worth in her lips. She told the docs at one point she had 1000cc implants in her boobs but took them out and downsized to 540ccs because they were giving her so many back problems. But Tara believes that now she works out all the time she's stronger and wants to increase her implants back up to 1000ccs. But the docs are concerned about her health after she tells them she's 5ft 7in but weighs just 100lbs. Dr Dubrow works out that her BMI is just 15 whereas the average for a healthy weight woman is 25-26BMI. Dr Nassif then bluntly tells her: "You've got to gain some weight, I'm worried about your health," before adding it would be unlikely her body could not cope with going under the anesthesia let alone the surgery. Once in the consultation room Dr Dubrow checks out Tara's breasts and the rippling she currently had. He then informs her: "You have very thin skin and the rippling will only get much worse if you have bigger implants." Dr Dubrow then offers her a deal - gain 15lbs and he'll consider giving her bigger implants. He admits he'd rather so the surgery safely for her than her getting it really 'botched'. Dr Nassif adds: "Go gain some weight and get comfortable keeping the weight on." Tara Jayne agrees to try and gain some weight - while her friend Jasenta insists they go and get burgers.
