Najbolji film u kategoriji mjuzikla ili komedije je irski "The Banshees of Inisherin" (Duhovi otoka), dok je u kategoriji drame trijumfirala drama proslavljenog Stevena Spielberga "The Fabelmans".

Ostvarila su se predviđanja američkih kritičara da bi pobjedu u kategoriji glavnog glumca u drami mogao odnijeti mladi Austin Butler u ulozi Elvisa Presleyja, kralja rock 'n' rolla.
