EXCLUSIVE: Johnny Depp is making a new allegation public about his infamous fight with Amber Heard, claiming that after she threw a bottle at him that severed his finger, she "put a cigarette out" on his cheek. Depp filed an amended response as part of his libel lawsuit against News Group Newspapers Limited and columnist Dan Wootton over a 2018 article that labeled the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star a "wife-beater." According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Depp reveals new allegations stemming the March 2015 fight between him and Heard in Australia. Depp claims the fight began after Heard spoke with his attorneys about his "intention to enter into a post-nuptial agreement." He says this caused Heard "to go into a rage." Depp claims that he had been avoiding Heard that day but ultimately, after not having a drink for over a year, he "sought to avoid Ms. Heard by going to the downstairs bar in the house. She followed him, screaming at him abusively."
At that point, Depp claims "he poured himself a vodka and drank it." That's when he claims Heard threw a bottle at him and missed. He claims he had another drink and Heard then threw the second bottle, which resulted in Depp's infamous severed finger.
It is then that Depp claims, "Ms. Heard then put a cigarette out on [Depp's] right cheek."
The Blast has obtained a photo of Depp (see above) that was taken in an Australian hospital a few hours after the alleged incident took place. It shows the actor laying on a hospital gurney, with his hand bandaged, and what Depp's legal team says is the cigarette burn on his cheek.
Depp does admit that he then "wrote on a mirror and walls in blood and oil paint" but claims he was in shock at the time. He does deny urinating in the house.

Graphic images show Amber with facial abrasions, bruises, and clumps of hair missing following an incident which allegedly happened days before Christmas in Los Angeles in December 2015, just nine months after the pair married. In the deposition Amber, 32, claims Depp, 55, attacked her at their Los Angeles penthouse before friends were due to arrive She claims that at one point he dragged her by the hair, onto their marital bed, and beat her while screaming: 'I'll f*****g kill you, you hear me?'� Describing what happened next, Heard claims in the legal document: 'Hoping to avoid the violence, I tried to calm Johnny down, and then went upstairs to try to remove myself from the situation. 'Johnny followed me, hit me in the back of my head, grabbed me by my hair again, got in front of me on the steps, and then dragged me by my hair up the last few steps.� 'At the top of stairs, Johnny shoved me twice, which made me fear I would fall. I told Johnny that he had broken my wrist in an attempt to get him to stop. 'Johnny kept hitting me, and each time he knocked me down, I chose to react by simply standing up and looking him in the eye. Johnny responded by yelling: "Oh, you think youre a f***ing tough guy?" 'He reeled back and head-butted me in my face, bashing my nose, which immediately began bleeding, sending searing pain through my face. I instantly started tearing up, and I thought that I would have to go to the hospital.� 'I told Johnny I wanted to leave him, and that I would call the police if he ever touched me again. When I began to walk away toward the guest apartment, he responded by pushing me, then grabbed me and pulled me from one room to the next, gripping me by my hair. 'By the time Johnny had dragged me into the upstairs office, I told Johnny that I was leaving him, since I could not put up with his behavior any longer. Johnny reacted by grabbing me by my throat, pushing me down to the ground, and punching me in the back of my head. 'He grabbed me by my hair, slapping me in the face, and screaming at me something like: "I f***ing will kill you I'll f***ing kill you, you hear me?" There were chunks of my hair everywhere and indentations in the carpet where I was dragged. The fight then continued onto the bed where Heard claims Depp 'got on top of me with his knee on my back and the other foot on the bedframe, while repeatedly punching me in my head, and he screamedas loudly as Ive ever heard him scream "I f***ing hate you" over and over again.� 'The bedframe splintered under the weight of the pressure of his boot. Johnny hit me with his closed fists, and I remember being unable to hear myself screaming because he had pushed my face into the mattress. I screamed as loudly as I could, hoping Johnny would realize he was severely hurting me. 'For a while, I could not scream or breathe. I worried that Johnny was in a blacked-out state and unaware of the damage he was doing, and that he could actually kill me.'� Heard says the next thing she remembers were he friends arriving and finding her injured and witnessing clumps of hair on the floor and the splintered bed. Heard also alleges Johnny wrote a message on the kitchen countertop in gold sharpie reading: Why be a fraud? All is such bulls**t. She says she covered up what happened at the time and even taped an appearance on The Late Show the next day with James Corden, asking her friends to help her cover her injuries with make-up, according to the documents. Depp has dismissed the court document, filed at Fairfax County court in Virginia on April 11, 2019, as new lies. In response to the new claims, Depps legal team have subpoenaed Amber Heards former boyfriend Elon Musk, who she dated following her split from Johnny.
