Alena Haurylik rođena je u Bjelorusiji, a od 2012. živi u Philadelphiji (Pennsylvania) i već tri godine radi kao freelance fotografkinja.
Kako je ujedno i velika ljubiteljica hrane, upravo to najčešće i fotografira, a kaže kako je najviše veseli činjenica da “svu tu hranu sa snimanja može pojesti.”
Na Instagramu, gdje je dosad prati više od 91 tisuća ljudi, Alena svakodnevno objavljuje živahne, jarke i šarene fotografije voća, povrća i ostalih delikatesa, a nakon što ih jednom pogledate više nećete moći prestati.

Happy Friday my friends! I'm sorry it took so long to translate the recipe but I did it yesterday for you! Chiffon cake. Mix 2 teaspoons of coffee with 6 oz hot water, let it cool down. Mix 5 egg yolks with 6,3 oz sugar,then add 4,2 oz of vegetable oil and mix very well ( add the oil gradually). Then add the coffee mix to the bowl with yolks and stir well. In a separate bowl mix 0,5 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 7 oz of flour. Then add this mixture to the bowl with yolks and stir well. In a separate bowl whip 8 egg whites with a pinch of salt very well, when the whites are very well whipped add 1.4 oz of sugar, continue whipping all the time until the whites become firm and steady. Then very carefully and gradually add whipped whites to the mixture with yolks ( be careful not to ruin the whites' structure). Add the butter to the 10 inch baking pan (covered with parchment paper)and bake for 50-55 min on 320 F. First let the cake cool down for 3-4 hours, then cover it with plastic wrap and put in the fridge overnight . Next day cut the cake into 3 parts, pour each layer with syrup*,let them stay for an hour in the fridge. Then cover each layer with cream**, make it smooth and decorate as you wish. *For the syrup: Heat 1/3 cup of cherry juice (or any fruit juice),1-2 tablespoons of sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of water or cognac in a small saucepan for several minutes until the sugar is melted completely and let it cool down. ** For the cream: Whip 10 oz of heavy cream with 3,5 oz confectioners sugar ,then add 18 oz mascarpone cheese and mix with a spoon slowly and carefully . The thing is that it was not easy to make a blue smoothie ,not green , cause even a couple of extra grams of spirulina will turn your blue smoothie into really green. Autumn pumpkin tart🍕🎃🍂 . Put pumpkin slices and pear slices on a puff pastry, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake 20 min on 425 F. Cool on a wire rack 10 min. On a separate bowl mix baby arugula,pomegranate seeds, crumbled blue cheese and 1 tbsp olive oil, then sprinkle this mixture over the tart. Enjoy!

•Vegan strawberry ice-cream• Blend together 4 cans of coconut cream (use only the cream from the cans , don't use the liquid on the bottom of the cans ) with 3,5 cups of fresh strawberries and sweetener to taste (optional ,but you can add some agave nectar or honey) until smooth ,freeze in the container and enjoy !
